Reservation privacy
HOLA PARADE, operated by OOZOO UZU INC., uses the information you submit to manage table reservations, arrange group or private-event enquiries, and contact you about those requests.
Information we use
Your name, contact number, optional email (required for group and event enquiries), visit details, party size, seating preference and notes. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, identity documents or sensitive medical details in the notes.
Advertising measurement
We record campaign labels with your request to understand how guests find us. If you select the optional advertising measurement checkbox, we also store ad-click identifiers with the request and share a random event reference and request type with Google, Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement. These services may also receive ad-click and cookie identifiers, page addresses and technical browser/network information such as IP address. Your name, phone, email, notes and private booking link are not included in that event. We do not send previous requests based on the earlier Google-only consent to Meta or TikTok. Choosing not to allow measurement does not affect your reservation. Contact us to withdraw consent or request removal.
Who receives it
Authorized restaurant staff and management can access the reservation desk. Reservation alerts, including contact and visit details, are sent to the restaurant's private Telegram reservation group. Cloudflare provides the application's hosting and database services. Telegram delivers the staff alerts.
Your booking
The private link shown after submission lets you view your booking and cancel eligible upcoming reservations. Anyone with that private link may access those details, so keep it private. To correct other details or request deletion, call +63 915 286 7507 and provide your reservation reference.
Retention
We keep identifiable reservation information while it is needed to manage your booking or enquiry, resolve related requests or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is subject to deletion or anonymisation by management. Deleting a booking record and removing its staff Telegram alerts are separate steps; cancellation alone does not erase your information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent, or request deletion where applicable by contacting us below. We may verify your request against the booking details. If you prefer not to use this form, contact the restaurant directly. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical browser and network information to protect this form from automated abuse. We do not use this booking form to enrol you in marketing messages.
